About us

Genesis was first established in 1992 by the three founding directors - Stanley Davidson, Peter Stark and Bill Trimble - and the McConnell Group, the largest marketing communications group in Ireland.

The agency is a member of the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising (UK) and the Institute of Advertising Practitioners in Ireland (the only northern agency to be a member). We are quality management registered with BSI to ISO 9001. The agency has also attained environmental management system ISO 1400:1996.

Where we are, who we handle

We recently moved from the Georgian house of our inception to a purpose-built hub in Crescent Gardens because like any organisation, we've changed, grown and developed over the twelve years of our existence. We now number 25 people, in addition to our dedicated media team within MCM in Dublin, and we handle some of Northern Ireland's biggest brands, including the Northern Ireland brand itself, through Invest NI. We also handle the Belfast Telegraph, Sunday Life, First Trust Bank, Dale Farm, SPAR (NI & all UK), VG & VIVO, the Health Promotion Agency for Northern Ireland and Renault UK.
