Avpro Worldwide Corporation

In 1978, entrepreneur Martin Allen founded Aviation Promotions, manufacturing and flying aerial advertising banners for some of the top business names in his native Ireland. In 1984, Allen moved the booming business to Boston, where it is based today, and, in 1990, changed the company name to AvPro Outdoor Inc., for greater impact in the United States outdoor-media market.

Since its arrival in the US, AvPro Outdoor Inc. has gone from regional to national to international. The company is now one of the leading aerial advertising and ambient media companies in the country with projects encompassing up to 15 markets at a time. Among its established list of clients, including several Fortune 500 companies such as McDonalds and GM, AvPro is well known for its creative approach to outdoor advertising and its attention to client satisfaction, including in-depth proof-of-performance reports with air-to-air digital photos and video footage posted to the web, setting AvPro apart from its competitors. On January 1, 2006, AvPro Outdoor Inc. became AvPro Worldwide Inc., with Stewart Allen, president of the rapidly expanding international company. The newly branded company is expanding its reach throughout North America and Europe, providing clients worldwide with a full-service, one-stop shop for all their ambient-media needs.
